WardsAuto has recently named the 2016 Nissan Maxima as one of its “10 Best Interiors” for 2016. Upscale and lavish, the Maxima’s cabin is dressed in top-notch materials and features several high-tech gadgets that are extremely easy to use, so it comes as no surprise that this four-door sedan is creating quite the buzz in the automotive world.

Maxima was selected among 47 nominees with all-new or significantly enhanced cabins, including 15 sedans. The newly updated 2016 Nissan Altima and all-new Nissan TITAN were among the “10 Best” nominees.
About Maxima
Available in five trim levels, S, SV, SL, SR and Platinum, the five-passenger Maxima comes well equipped no matter the grade. Standard features on the entry-level S model include dual-zone automatic climate control, power front seats, a 60/40-split folding rear seat, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, 18” alloys, automatic headlights, foglights, and keyless ignition and entry.
On the entertainment front, the Maxima comes standard with a large gauge cluster display, an 8” touchscreen display, Bluetooth phone and audio, a navigation system, an eight-speaker sound system with satellite radio, two USB ports, HD radio and a six-disc CD changer. Powering the Nissan Maxima is an energetic 3.5L V6 that generates 300 horsepower (up 10 from 2015) and 261 pound-feet of torque. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) drives the front wheels.
