Nissan to Invest $17.6 Billion Over Next 5 Years on Battery-Powered Vehicles

Nissan pledges to spend 17.6 billion dollars in the next five years on developing and manufacturing electric vehicles. The Japanese automotive titan might launch at least a dozen battery-powered models by 2030. More than 3,000 engineering jobs will be available at the company's research, design, and other facilities all over the world. The next generation of Nissan electric cars will also offer autonomous driving technologies.
