As it enters the 2022 automotive marketplace in the United States of America, Nissan offers two electric vehicles. The well-established LEAF hatchback primarily appeals to urban consumers in major cities throughout the nation. This compact EV is available with powerful lithium-ion batteries and electric motors. Several Quick Charge Ports are also on the lineup for the five-seat LEAF. However, the stunning 2023 ARIYA certainly marks a new chapter in Nissan's quest for tapping into the growing market for electric cars. This stylish crossover SUV will be available in up to four editions on the American marketplace. The entry-level Venture+ edition will offer an extended range of approximately 300 miles. This base model has the Quick Charge Port-CCS for easy and fast charging at compatible stations. Delivering approximately 240 net horsepower, an electric motor is standard on the Venture+ model, which runs on a front-wheel drive. Such a drivetrain is installed on the ARIYA Evolve+, and Premiere trims. Equipped with the e-4ORCE all-wheel drive and a 389-hp motor, the Platinum+ is the most capable model on the lineup.
