2016 Nissan Maxima car buyers now have another option when looking into purchasing the popular new sedan – the Midnight Edition Package. Offered only on the sporty Maxima SR model, this premium package gives the Maxima even more standout style.
The Midnight Edition boosts Maxima’s already athletic appearance by adding a black sport spoiler, black 19-inch alloys, Charcoal-colored premium leather upholstery with Alcantara inserts and a black rear diffuser. This must-have model is offered in five color combos: Super Black, Brilliant Silver, Pearl White, Coulis Red and Deep Blue Pearl. Aside from those additions, the SR Midnight Edition Package comes standard with a sport-tuned suspension, an Integrated Dynamics-control Module, a front chassis performance damper, climate-controlled front seats and aluminum sport pedals.

Known as Nissan’s luxury leader, the 2016 Nissan Maxima also offers outstanding safety equipment. Those standard features include antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control, front seat side airbags, side curtain airbags and a rearview camera. The higher trims get a blind-spot monitoring system, rear cross-traffic alert and a forward collision warning system, as well as a mitigation system with automatic braking.
