Nissan recently introduced an all-new model to the Rogue lineup: the Rogue Sport. Slated to land in Decatur this spring, the incoming model is a five-passenger road warrior designed for drivers with adventurous spirits.

Smaller than the full-size Rogue, the Rogue Sport is a more compact version of the SUV that is ideal for buyers with less cargo needs. The model offers 22.9 cubic feet of space in the rear, and a full 61.1 cubic feet of space with the second-row seats folded down. It also comes in three trims: S, SV and SL.

On the new Rogue Sport, you’ll come across a number of standout accessories, including heated front seats, keyless entry, climate control, a power’s driver seat and a Divide-N-Hide cargo system. It also comes with features that back its performance capabilities, including Active Ride Control, Active Engine Braking, Hill Start Assist and Active Trace Control.

Powering the model is a 141-horsepower 2.0L four-cylinder engine, delivering 147 lb.-ft. of torque. An Xtronic CVT is mated to the powerplant. A multi-link independent suspension system, stabilizer bars and twin-tube shocks are equipped to the vehicle as well, benefiting its overall performance.
