It’s time for the kids to dress up in their favorite superhero, princess or vampire costumes, because on Friday, October 28, 2016, the Decatur Family YMCA will be hosting a special Halloween Party! Geared toward families, this exciting fall event will be a must-attend affair for kids in the Decatur area.
If you want to kick off Halloween a little early this year, you need to attend the YMCA’s Halloween Party. The event is free for all YMCA members, but if you’re not a member, don’t worry, entry is only $5. During the party, which will take place from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m., attendees will get the chance to have their faces painted, decorate pumpkins and cookies, enjoy bounce houses, dance, and take a special photo with Star Wars characters! There will also be special drawings held throughout the event and the first 25 kids to arrive will receive drawstring bags.
Don’t have costumes for your little ones quite yet? It’s ok, they’re optional. Everyone is welcome at the YMCA Halloween Party and we hope you and your family will make it out to this fun-filled event!
