Consumers have spoken and they love the 2015 Nissan Sentra and Quest. Owners gave these two vehicles high quality scores in this year’s J.D. Power Initial Quality Study, helping Nissan earn two coveted awards, while reflecting their positive ownership experiences. After spending 90 days with their new cars, over 84,000 purchasers and lessees of 2015 model-year vehicles were asked to take surveys, which documented how many or how few problems they had with their cars. A variety of areas were assessed and vehicles with the lowest scores, which reflect the highest quality, earned awards.
We’re proud to say that the 2015 Nissan Sentra was named the top Compact Car and the Nissan Quest the top Minivan in the J.D. Power study, meaning their owners reported fewer problems than those who own competing vehicles. In the study, owners were asked about numerous topics regarding things like whether or not features and controls were hard to use or understand, how entertainment and connectivity technologies worked, and if there were problems that may have resulted in serious vehicle malfunctions or failures.
This is the 29th consecutive year that the study has taken place and it’s still one of the best guides for new car shoppers. If you want to invest in a vehicle that you can depend on, one with excellent tech features that are easy to navigate and one that won’t present a laundry list of problems once you drive it off the lot, consider a car from Crown Nissan.
