Nissan Rogue Review for 2016 Model Year

Offering three rows of seating and room for up to seven passengers, the 2016 Nissan Rogue is an excellent SUV for drivers with large families. A new exterior color has been introduced to the Rogue's color palette this year: Magnetic Black. The dark hue adds a bit of mystery to the vehicle and gives the Rogue a dramatic appearance. In the tech sector, the 2016 Nissan Rogue in Decatur adds Siri Eyes Free to the Rogue SL and Rogue SV Premium Package, a component that lets iPhone users access Siri from the car's steering-wheel-mounted controls. Additionally, the Rogue SL gets NissanConnectSM Services powered by SiriusXM and the SL Premium Package receives Forward Emergency Braking. On the S trim, a new Appearance Package is now available, offering chrome door handles, roof rails and privacy glass, along with body-colored side mirrors with integrated turn signals.

A 2.5L four-cylinder engine powers the 2016 Nissan Rogue in Decatur. Producing 170 horsepower and 175 lb.-ft. of torque, the powerplant can be found on either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive models. A continuously variable transmission is mated to the engine and helps deliver first-class fuel economy. EPA estimates claim the Rogue produces 28 mpg combined, 26 city and 33 highway when configured with front-wheel drive.
